HOW DOES THE PEACHTREE PLACE REGISTRY WORK?
Our registry uses a store credit based system. Email notifications will be sent for each registry purchase and the credit value of these gifts will accumulate in your Registry Account. Once you are ready to redeem your account, you may spend that credit on items from our store. This allows you the flexibility to customize your selections and avoid odd numbers of items purchased. For example, 12 salad plates and 2 dinner plates are purchased from your fine china. You might prefer to have 6 of each and can allocate your credit balance to reflect that. All redemptions from your Registry Account are final sale.
ARE THERE SPECIFIC ITEMS I SHOULD HAVE ON MY REGISTRY?
Your registry should reflect your personal style and lifestyle preferences. Our experienced registry team will work with you to create a registry that is both personal and practical. We recommend having a wide assortment of price points for your guests to select from.
HOW DO I ADD TO MY REGISTRY?
You can visit us at our store and we will gladly help you add items to your registry or you can add to your registry online using your registry login credentials.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN SOMEONE PURCHASES A GIFT FROM MY REGISTRY?
Each time a gift is purchased for you we will send an email record of the purchase. The email will feature the item or items that have been selected for you as well as information on who the gift is from.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE SHOWER/ENGAGEMENT GIFTS?
In stock items purchased for a shower/engagement party will be wrapped and given to the party attendee. If the item is out of stock or the guest will not be in attendance, we will create a certificate for the event and add that item to your Registry Account balance. All returns of in stock/in store purchases must be made within 120 days following your wedding date.
HOW CAN GUESTS PURCHASE GIFTS?
Guests may purchase gifts through your registry page on our website, by visiting our store or by phone.
WILL I BE ABLE TO HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE GIFTS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FROM MY REGISTRY ?
Absolutely. You will be able to view all the gifts that have been purchased alongside the names of the purchasers.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I AM READY TO REDEEM MY REGISTRY CREDIT?
When you are ready to spend your Registry Credit please contact us to set up an appointment. This should be no later than 2 months after your wedding date. To best prepare for your appointment, we ask that you schedule at least 24 hours in advance. We will reach out through email prior to the appointment with information on the Registry Account Balance as well as a list of purchases. We also suggest you take an inventory of any physical gifts you may have received that will affect your redemption. Please note that prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
While some of your final choices may be in stock, we most likely will be ordering the bulk of your selections. Some items such as fine china, crystal, and flatware can have long lead times. Please plan accordingly if you are hoping to use these items for the holidays or a special occasion.
All registry redemptions are final sale.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A GIFT CREDIT FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOW DISCONTINUED?
We make every effort to keep our product line current, however, products are discontinued by the manufacturers from time to time. Should there be a purchase of a discontinued item, the value will be added to your Registry Account. We can suggest a suitable replacement at redemption. We regret that a cash refund of the value of the discontinued item is not available.
WHAT IF THERE IS MONEY LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER I REDEEM MY GIFTS FROM MY REGISTRY?
Any money left over will remain as store credit on your account. The credit has no expiration date and can be used for anything in our store. We do not issue cash refunds.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO REDEEM DIFFERENT ITEMS THEN WHAT I HAD REGISTERED FOR?
Whether you decide to redeem what was gifted or prefer the flexibility to select something new that is entirely up to you. Please feel free to contact our team and we will help you redesign your registry to your liking.
