Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. Returns postmarked after 15 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Items listed on our site as "special order items" cannot be returned. Sale items are not returnable. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, you will be issued a store credit.
Peachtree Place is not responsible for returns lost in transit or any damage that occurs during return shipping. We encourage you to pack and seal your return safely and securely, insuring the package for its full value, and keeping a record of the return tracking details.

Canceling an Order
To request an order cancellation or change, please send an email to registry@peachtreeplaceonline.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed, please refer to our policy for Returns & Exchanges.
Damaged Items
Should you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the item and any packaging and/or shipping materials, and your order reference number to info@peachtreeplaceonline.com within 5 business days of delivery. If at all possible, we will issue a replacement after inspection. If replacement is not available, we will issue a refund after inspection. Some instances, may require us to have the damaged item be returned. In this case, you will be issued a complimentary return shipping label.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered within the state of Illinois are subject to 10% sales tax.
